• Youkraft was an entrepreneurial attempt to build an e-commerce marketplace for all materials used in the construction & interior industry. Aim was to help Small Builders, Retailers, Contractors, OEM's, Architects & Interior Designers by providing -
• 1) Convenience (all materials at a single place & door step delivery)
• 2) Transparent Pricing (eliminating hidden charges)
• 3) Easy access to credit (runs on informal credit line with higher APR)
• 4) Certified & Quality materials (fakes are very prevalent)
• Youkraft raised $7M in seed funding in Sep 2021 & officially launched its web and mobile app (Android & iOS) on April 10, 2022. The platform had 300 brands and over 60K SKU's with 16k app installs.
• Few things that I did -
• Grew the team from 4 to 100 filling critical leadership positions
• Brought the Technology in-house & defined the product strategy & roadmap
• Set up the various functions (marketplace ops, catalog, CRM, Supply Chain etc)
• Designed the Supply Chain by leveraging 3PL logistics partner for P2P deliveries
• Worked with seller and buyer community for technology adoption
• Developed the catalog from scratch as this industry was new to e-commerce

• The charter of Control Tower was simple - keep the supply chain running 24/7 and protect Customer Experience (NPS) by keeping the Breach & Extent of Breach (of promise date of deliveries) minimal. Flipkart's supply chain network was massive - 50+ FC's & MH's, 2K+ vehicles ferrying goods, 1000+ First Mile pickup hubs and 2000+ Delivery Hubs, delivering 2M+ shipments per day and 50M in BBD across 22K pin codes.
• The role needed E2E stitching across the Network Design, Assets, HR & Supply Planning for capacity orchestration, alternate network design, faster delivery, onboarding newer facilities, unclogging stressed facilities etc.
• Notable achievements -
• Orchestrated 2X scale up of supply chain during Covid to meet the rise in demand
• Systematically brought down Breach to <2% and EOB to <1%
• Devised and executed the strategy to process essential items during Covid as mandated by Indian Government
• Returned 10M (non-essential) cancelled shipments to origin, resulting in savings of USD 100M
• Improved speed of delivery by bringing down buffer in SLA's
• Drove the integration of Myntra Supply Chain with Flipkart Supply Chain

• I spent my first 3 years in building the Strategy Planning & Execution vertical. I was responsible for working with the CEO and his Leadership Team (40+ SVPs/VPs from Category, Tech, Supply Chain, Finance) to build the 1-3 year strategy, derive the AOP & then execute the top 10 Strategic Bets.
• Few of the key achievements were :
• Created the framework for prioritising strategic technology initiatives - each initiative should either drive higher GMV or save Cost or Improve Customer Experience or all of the three and can be built in 1/2 quarters max
• Created & Executed the playbook for 5 BBD's with minimal customer issues, doubling scale YoY
• Orchestrated the launch of new categories - Grocery, Furniture, Private Labels
• Managed launch of critical product features like Flash Sale, Product Exchange, GST compliance

• I managed the Business Program Office & Technical Program Office @ CommonFloor. Business Program Office drives the E2E planning & execution of the Strategic Business Priorities where as Technical Program Office drives the E2E product planning and releases.

• QuickBooks Desktop is Intuit’s flagship accounting software and is the core of the QuickBooks Desktop Ecosystem. The Desktop Ecosystem is a $1.3 Billion business for Intuit and the portfolio of products in the Ecosystem are Desktop Payroll, Payments Channel & Network, Point of Sale, Partner Platform Services, Data Analytics, Mobile Applications & Intuit Market Place.
• I headed the Program Office for QuickBooks Desktop Ecosystem.

• At Intuit's IDC we constantly strive for creating an awesome work environment where our engineers can deliver the best-in-class solutions for our customers across the globe. The Strategy & Operations group has been setup to lead & execute the various IDC wide priorities which is in service towards making Intuit IDC "the best place to work" in India.
• The group works closely with India Leadership team & FG's to ascertain the key items IDC needs to focus on and accordingly chalk out a 1-3 year strategy. Other than that, the group is also responsible for creating/reviewing new/existing op-mechs (like Global Engineering, QBR/QOR, Innovation & Cross BU Collaboration, Performance Management, Talent Reviews etc) that are needed to run IDC effectively. In other words the group works towards bridging the gap between vision and execution at Intuit's IDC.

• Intuit was fairly new to doing distributed software development across its global sites. The Global Engineering team was part of the CTO's office & was formed to accelerate the growth and maturity of global engagement models across the BU's at Intuit.
• Managed the strategic efforts in the GE team and work with BU leaders on their 1-3 year business strategy to see how best we can leverage the India Development Center to deliver accelerated business outcomes for Intuit.
• Also worked closely with Intuit's India Leadership team on various other IDC wide initiatives.

• Intuit in partnership with Nokia released a product called GoConnect for SMB's in India. This was Intuit's 2nd offering for the Indian market after Intuit Money Manager.
• Was responsible for Program Managing GoConnect E2E and took it from the prototype stage all the way to the market. The product was EOLed in August of 2011.

• Worked as a Program Manager in the erstwhile Emerging Markets Division of Yahoo! Managed (end-to-end) the launch of Yahoo!’s social networking product SpotM in India & Brazil and the launch of Yahoo! services in Turkey.
• Was part of the Emerging Markets Core Process Group @ Yahoo!. The charter for this group included streamlining processes across entire Emerging Markets for Engineering & Product, Define Engagement Models, Setup templates & artifacts. Also Program Managed Yahoo!'s Emerging Market Hiring/Recruitments.

After that, managed projects for Printpack, Alcoa & Sun Microsystems. All these projects were implementation of ERP suite. Also successfully led the CAR key process area in CMMi Level 5 drive in Oracle, NAIO in 2006
