My journey from IIT Roorkee to Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur wasn't planned – it was pulled forward by an obsession with building something meaningful. After working as a Data Scientist for the initial years of my career, I realized that insights without impact were just expensive spreadsheets. So I took the leap. Building my first company from scratch, raising ₹150+ crores, and scaling it taught me something crucial: great brands aren't built in boardrooms. They're born from countless conversations with real people, from understanding their unspoken needs, from the humility to rebuild when you're wrong. Every failure became fuel. Every customer story became direction. Now at Man Matters (Mosaic Wellness), I get to channel this obsession into building category-defining health and wellness D2C brand. Whether I'm diving deep into user behavior data, crafting go-to-market strategies, or leading cross-functional teams, I'm driven by one question: How do we create something people will miss if it disappeared tomorrow? I believe the best brands solve problems people didn't even know they had – and do it so elegantly that the solution feels obvious in hindsight. This requires high agency, first-principles thinking, and the courage to bet on insights others might miss. The real magic happens when business strategy meets human psychology, when data reveals unexpected truths, when a great product finds its perfect audience. I'm here to build brands that don't just capture market share – they capture hearts, change behaviors, and leave the world a little better than we found it.
