Build, transform, innovate. For the past 25 years I have developed projects at the intersection of tech and finance, always with the same goal in mind: operational efficiency and cost-effective results. Starting out as an IT infrastructure engineer, I earned my stripes at Andersen Consulting in the mass market retail and e-commerce segments. In the United States, I learned the importance of teamwork, a disciplined approach to consulting and a culture of delivery. I continued my career in finance. I was the first employee at Fortuneo early in the year 2000, then joined BNP Paribas, which recruited me for my web skills. Working with an exceptional Chief Information Officer, who put me in charge of a team of 200 employees, I gained experience in asset management. I then enjoyed 10 fabulous years at Edmond de Rothschild, where I oversaw projects involving international asset management, private equity and private banking, led the overhaul of operating teams, deployed IT solutions, structured reporting platforms, opened new offices, etc. Two highly regarded mentors taught me to manage in a rigorous yet diplomatic manner. I went from being a manager to becoming a leader. As of 2023, I co-manage SEDONA Group along with Aude Schmitz. This independent company on a human scale combines three complementary services: operational consulting, recruiting and developing innovative tech solutions to satisfy the new regulatory requirements of the European financial sector (DORA). We established our company’s reputation through our boutique approach and always remaining well grounded. We know the business expertise of all our consultants and take pride in matching their profiles with the identity of the client company. I have recruited more than 1,000 people and orchestrated complex transitions. I am equally comfortable working at the operational level as on strategy, with an affinity for creating teams and platforms and anything that supports the growth of financial market participants. With in-depth knowledge of the buy side businesses, data and tech, I can relate to a CTO, a fintech founder or a pension fund. Whether I am designing software architecture, helping to structure a start-up or rebuilding a company, I am energized when working as part of a team. In my student days I founded a humanitarian organization in Madagascar that is still operating today 30 years later.
