Most businesses that come to me look the same from the outside. Money is coming in, customers are happy, the team is getting bigger. But behind the revenue, nothing is documented. The books are a mess or barely exist. There's no governance, no real agreements, no way to see where cash actually goes. I build the accounting, governance, and operational systems that a growing business needs to actually function like one. I'm not an advisor who shows up monthly to review your numbers and tell you what you already know. I build the actual systems, the documents, the policies, the financial models. Your business runs on them after I'm done. And everything I build belongs to you. The way I work: → I scope it, → I build it, → I walk you through it, → I hand it over. There's a start date and an end date. You're not hiring me forever. I spent years on the audit side, reviewing financial statements and testing internal controls. I saw the mistakes companies make and what they miss, and the consequences they face. I saw what the finished product is supposed to look like, and how far most companies are from it. Before the audit work, I spent over a decade in operating roles. Hotel development finance across Europe and the Middle East. I managed budgets, ran P&Ls, handled procurement, built cash flow models, negotiated vendor contracts. When you're responsible for $100M+ in project budgets and something breaks, it costs real money. That's different from writing it up in an audit finding. esscale came out of those two experiences. The audit side showed me the standard. The operating side showed me how to build to it.
