I’ve always been intrigued by one of healthcare’s most persistent challenges—fragmented information exchange. Personal experiences have deepened this curiosity, ultimately leading to the creation of Long Health. With a background in data and analytics, I recognize the critical importance of healthcare providers having access to complete, timely, and accurate information. Gaps in data create silos that hinder decision-making, coordination, and ultimately, patient outcomes. Long Health was founded to bridge these gaps. Our mission is to simplify healthcare data exchange, supporting better clinical outcomes, seamless care coordination, and enhanced patient experiences. We are proud to be a state-designated Qualified Health Information Organization (QHIO) under California’s Data Exchange Framework (AB 133), enabling organizations to facilitate real-time, policy-compliant data sharing across the healthcare ecosystem.
