Hi, I am Shashank I’m a Product Designer based in Berlin focused on UX/UI, design systems, and B2B SaaS products. I design tools used by people across different countries, languages, and levels of digital literacy. Having designed for users in India and Europe, I’ve seen how differently people interact with digital products depending on infrastructure, workflows, and cultural context. Most B2B systems assume all users think the same way. They don’t. That’s why my work focuses on designing systems that adapt to users instead of forcing users to adapt to systems.
