SamPay became the default processor on SamCart and had a 99% attach rate for new customers. New Product Exploration @ Kasita • During COVID, I was responsible for pivoting Kasita from a tiny home hotel builder with a new revenue stream by leveraging in house technology to create a SAAS offering to sell to other boutique hotels. I worked with our engineering team to build product requirements, oversaw product development, and built all GTM materials. Scaling for Growth @ SamCart • At SamCart, I helped build the operational framework to allow the company to grow from 40 to 140 employees in 12 months. I upgraded our payroll, expense reporting, and 401k providers to bring best-in-class tools to the organization. During my time SamCart grew from $16M to $30M. Acquisition Integration @ Clearhead • At Clearhead, not only was I the first full-time Finance hire, but after joining I became the post- merger integration lead for bringing Clearhead into Accenture Interactive. I supervised work streams for Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Legal Contracting, and Payroll.
