I’m passionate about identity, access, and security. Specifically, I love the often-overlooked power of the physical ID badge. In a world racing toward digital-everything, I believe the physical credential still plays a critical role in how organizations recognize, connect, and protect their people. It’s not just about access control; it’s about human experience, safety, connection and belonging. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work alongside forward-thinking partners, innovative teams, and industry leaders who share a commitment to pushing this space forward. I’m energized by people who refuse to settle for “good enough” and who are willing to challenge assumptions about what’s possible. 🎤 I love public speaking and mentoring others in the industry. Whether I’m on stage at a conference or having a one-on-one conversation with someone early in their career, my goal is to share what I’ve learned, spark new ideas, and advocate loudly for the value of what we do. 📖 I’m also passionate about writing.
