About

I am building DishaDarshi — an evidence-led career guidance platform for Class 9–12 students in India, under FuturePath Labs. The idea came from my own experience. I grew up in Nanded, Marathwada, and like many students, made important academic choices without any structured guidance to rely on. Years later — after working across industries, countries, and functions — I kept seeing the same gap: students making high-stakes stream and career decisions without access to credible, unbiased, context-fit support. That observation, backed by sustained research, became DishaDarshi. DishaDarshi combines structured psychometric assessments, expert counselling, and an AI guide to help students move from confusion to clarity — especially at the stream selection stage (Class 9–10) and early career direction stage (Class 11–12). We work with schools as a guidance partner as well. Before this, I spent close to three years at the National Pension System Trust (a Government of India autonomous body) in a senior marketing role — leading pan-India advertising and subscriber education campaigns. Before NPS Trust, I worked with the Tolaram Group in Nigeria, managing sales, distribution, and market development across multiple FMCG categories in a cross-cultural, high-pressure environment. I was among the highest-placed students from IIM Sambalpur's second graduating batch — the institute's formative years, when everything was being built from scratch. I have also taught MBA students, mentored early-stage startups, and informally guided students on career decisions across the years. I am currently based in Nanded and building FuturePath Labs (DishaDarshi) full-time.
