Over the last 14+ years, I’ve worked closely with founders, CXOs, and business leaders during some of their most critical growth phases. And one thing has always stood out to me — hiring isn’t just a process, it’s a make-or-break lever for business success. I’ve seen what happens when hiring is rushed, reactive, or misaligned. And I’ve also seen the impact when it’s done right — when there’s clarity, structure, and a deep understanding of what the business truly needs. That’s where I’ve focused my work. From scaling teams at high-growth companies like Paytm to building hiring strategies across startups and enterprises, I’ve led end-to-end Talent Acquisition across non-tech, niche, and leadership roles. I’ve built teams, improved hiring efficiency, strengthened offer-to-join ratios, and partnered with leadership to turn ambitious plans into executable hiring roadmaps. But beyond processes and metrics, what I care about most is building trust — with stakeholders and with candidates. Recently, I took a step back from work to support my parents during a medical emergency. It was an important phase that reminded me what truly matters — resilience, responsibility, and perspective. With that chapter now behind me, I’m stepping back in with clarity, energy, and a strong intent to contribute.
