Customer centric product manager providing technology based solution to the new and upcoming sectors. Started my product journey with US based NGO providing tech-based solutions to the underprivileged students of rural Bihar. I continued this journey with Novopay(now trustt ) providing financial and banking solutions to the gig economy through next door retail stores. Here, I lead the team to enable tech-based solutions for retail stores to act as banking points and distributors finance the transactions. The app which I built during my stint here, is presently being used by one of the top 3 private sector banks as a white label solution. Presently, I work with Infra.Market(construction tech unicorn) helping blue collar contractors improve their economic and social status in the society and in turn make them a loyal Infra.Market customer. As part of my present role in Infra.market, I have also created a solution for category managers which will help them take informed and quick decisions in online commerce and last mile supply chain and finance enablement.
