I run Other Land, a boutique product design studio working closely with product teams on SaaS and mobile products.
Over the past years, I’ve worked with startups and growth-stage companies, as well as larger product organizations. Across these projects, I kept seeing the same pattern: teams don’t always need an agency or a long redesign cycle, but they do need strong senior designers inside the team for a defined period of time.
That’s how we arrived at our current format.
At Other Land, we embed senior product designers directly into product teams. Designers work full-time inside existing processes, join standups and sprints, collaborate with product and engineering, and report to in-house leads. The focus is on shipping real product work, not running parallel processes.
My role is to understand the product context, match the right designer to each team, and keep quality high through ongoing design leadership and reviews in the background.
We’ve worked in this format with SaaS and mobile teams backed by YC and a16z, as well as companies like Apollo, Italic, Cricut, and Stockpile.
Before founding Other Land, and alongside running it, I’ve spent over a decade in product design across web and mobile products, helping teams improve usability, clarify complex flows, and evolve their products as they scale.
