About

I build and scale technology platforms — and right now, I'm particularly focused on where AI fundamentally changes how products work, not just as a feature bolted on, but woven into the core. Currently running two streams of work: scaling a fintech platform I originally built from scratch (brought back for a second engagement to lead its AI-powered evolution), and building a stealth product exploring how AI reshapes professional growth. My career has followed a deliberate arc — learning craft at ThoughtWorks, building from zero as an early employee at Indix, scaling engineering to 100+ as VP/Head of Engineering at Infra.Market, and now choosing to build again. Each phase taught me something different about what it takes to make technology work at scale — and more importantly, for people. I believe the most valuable technology leaders going forward won't just use AI tools — they'll be AI-fluent: able to see where AI transforms workflows, where it augments human judgment, and where it shouldn't be involved at all. Single handedly built and scaled a technology platform that handles end to end ROSCA (Rotating savings and credit association) operations. It is used by 1,000+ users to service 70,000+ customers across multiple organizations that manages a corpus of 5,000+ Crores. It is India's first product that has automated digital collections for ROSCA at rates that are affordable for this market segment. Developed the complete platform from front-end to back-end and everything in between, including scalable infrastructure.
Handled change management for a leading Financial Institution in Tamil Nadu, while the organization scaled from 3 branches to 35+ branches. Worked on setting up the technology platform, IT infrastructure, corporate hierarchy and re-branding. Headed the design and development of a Corporate Office in Chennai, which involved coordination with 50+ vendors and a 5 Cr. budget.
Bootstrapped an online matrimonial service for Tamil speaking Indians. Built the digital platform and set up a hybrid call center (physical + remote) for customer services.
Established a loyalty driven training and recruitment model for traditional organizations, to retain talent at costs much lesser than industry standard. Engineers are primarily from Tier 2 and 3 locations, who start with internships and later transition into full time employees, all through remote work setups.
Developed and implemented a software to help schools collect fees with easy to share payment links via SMS and email.
