• I’m excited to announce that I will be taking on a new role as Delivery Manager within Principal. During my time as a Project Lead, I learned a lot on the solutioning side, got a good handle on multi-technology applications, and managing deliveries end to end. •  The existing workflow management for the distributions system is designed in legacy mainframe system and native languages. The challenge here was to transform a transaction based system into process based orchestration with targeted UIs. Distribution process occurs when the benefit event of the participant is triggered.

•  HSBC has Fixed Rate, Adjustable Rate, Premier Deluxe Mortgages as well as Closed End and Revolving Real estate (RE) and Non-Real Estate (NRE) Loans. The Century II and Mortgage Serve are in place and managed by Capgemini to serve this Mortgages and loans for various Portfolios.
•  SEQUOIA is basically a conversion and migration project that is being designed to migrate from CENTURY-II system which has an IMS-DB as well as DB2 database to MORTGAGE SERVE system by FISERV which has a VSAM database. In current scenario HSBC is using both this systems to serve loans for different portfolios.
