  • My name is Gianni A. Sarcone, I am an interdisciplinary author and visual artist keen about communication and creativity. I have written many books translated in several languages on brain training, critical thinking, visual art and on the mechanism of vision. My artworks and feature articles on educational topics and creative thinking are published and syndicated in magazines, newspapers, and books. I have also contributed to an international array of periodicals featuring visual puzzles and math-based brainteasers, including Focus Junior and Rivista Magia (Italy), Brain Games (United States), and Tangente (France).
  • I consider myself an inquisitive Op Artist. Some of my Op Art paintings have been reproduced as murals or banners in large public areas, many others are used as exhibits in science festivals and museums or as hypnosis inducing tools. My work has been featured in several international TV shows, programs and documentaries.
  • What drives me more than anything else is the desire to show and share the wonder and the magic of the world we live in. In short, all my work is based on the same essential principle: awaken curiosity.
  • As the founder of "Archimedes' Lab Project™" [archimedes-lab.com], a consulting network of experts specializing in developing creativity, I have invested and still invest time and energy to form and train the future creative minds that will design our world of tomorrow.
  • In my spare time, I like to practice martial arts (taekwondo and jujitsu) and cooking for friends.
  • Gianni Sarcone's quote:
  • "A world without problems is an illusion, so is a world without solutions"
