• RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
• Managing a team of 16 editors and coordinators, and co-managing a pool of over 200 off-site freelance editors and external vendors.
• Analysis of team metrics for monthly reports and presentations.
• Driving internal quality by collaborating with the quality and training/on-boarding leads.
• Monitoring daily schedules and ensuring all projects are assigned and completed as per agreed upon SLAs.
• Managing substantial e-mail correspondence from multiple teams across various time zones, while simultaneously managing complex production schedules.
• Identifying gaps in processes and managing project risk by working with the Client leads to address, rectify, and negate them.
• Attend Project Kick-off calls / Client Calls as needed.
• Ensuring cost-effective practices are identified and implemented while maintaining the highest quality standards.
