Executing PIP management and full-cycle Exit Management, covering resignations, contract closures, and the end-to-end Absconding process (notices, termination, access revocation). Actively contributing to strategic New Projects and conducting Field Visits/Employee Connects to foster continuous improvement. Currently handling an employee span of 350+ employees across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and Rajasthan.
