I have 16+ years of professional experience across analytics, account management and team management. I have worked with payments, retail and e commerce giants, in JAPA, USA, UK and India while supporting them in their analytical and consultative needs to aid in strategy creation and decision making. In American Express I led the Global Card Acquisition insights and strategy. I worked closely with marketing investment optimizations and planning. I am PO/PM Agile certified and developed & managed analytical products. Earlier I set up the JAPA Business Insights and Value analytics for merchants. We support our merchants with information and insights to keep them ahead of the curve. In Zomato I headed the analytics division for Online Ordering. I helped set up analysis across the business from marketing, sales, logistics, finance, restaurants, etc. In Amazon I was responsible for creating and executing mass account management strategies and initiatives. Measure their impact and success to improve the strategies adopted. Mentor the team members on the ecommerce and retail domain. In eBay Inc. I was a part of their analytics division as an Associate Manager. I was a part of the UK/European markets by providing them with insights and recommendations pertaining to the seller side of business. My focus area involved the Consumer to Consumer seller business, their performance, initiatives, strategies assessment and ROI analysis. I also engaged on the study, recruitment and retention of buyers in the UK and German market for eBay. Providing performance assessments and advising teams on strategies to undertake and computation of ROI. Prior to eBay I was employed with Mu Sigma as an Associate. I was based out of the UK for 1.5 years as an account manager for one of the largest retail stores in the UK. We provided the complete analytical engagement to the customer insights and market research division with key recommendations to the CMO. Prior to my stint in the UK, within Mu Sigma I was supporting one of the largest US retailers in the world where I was also managing a team of analysts. I worked on extensive marketing analytics ranging from providing reporting tools to enabling our clients with end to end solutions.
