After more than 25 years managing operations, logistics, and business development across international markets, I have seen the same pattern repeatedly: teams become overloaded, processes lose clarity, and costs increase without improving efficiency. My work today focuses on helping companies address these challenges by bringing more structure, clarity, and efficiency to their operations, often without increasing headcount. Most companies today are not lacking people. They are lacking structure. This typically involves: • Streamlining back-office activities • Improving execution and coordination • Supporting teams with flexible, multilingual resources when needed My background spans over two decades in global logistics, operations, and recruitment. I have progressed from business development roles to executive leadership, managing teams, optimizing processes, and supporting companies in building the right organizational structure. I have also led digital transformation initiatives within international networks, improving efficiency across multiple organizations. This combined experience allows me to approach challenges from both angles: improving how work is done, and ensuring the right resources are in place. I am currently developing Proactyv, a structure focused on operational support and outsourcing, designed to help companies scale more efficiently.
