I lead the Scale Solutions Engineering team for APAC at Confluent — a high-impact, cross-regional org that sits at the unique intersection of global scale and local depth. Though based in India, our team engages directly with customers — leading in-person workshops, running end-to-end POCs, and amplifying technical sales across APAC. We combine the scale of a global org with the trusted, hands-on presence the region needs. Before stepping into leadership, I worked as a Solutions Engineer across India and Southeast Asia — partnering with fintechs, marketplaces, and high-growth tech firms to modernize their data platforms with Confluent, Hevo Data and CData. I’ve led 30+ POCs, helped influence >$5M in pipeline, and was honored with President’s Club(FY 24) for technical excellence and impact.
