• Chatbot: Developed NLP based Query Identifier module for Samsung Chatbot. The module had accuracy of 94.3% for daily data of the conversations with chatbot. Built an end to end pipeline for acquiring, pre-processing and extracting domain specific phrases from massive customer chatlog dataset using transfer learning in NLP (BERT Model). The chatbot is live in India, US, Australia and Canada.
• Big Data Analysis: Architecture design and development of multiple end to end pipelines, saved as docker images on GCP, for saving the kpi data periodically into data warehouse in structured form was done. Developed multiple microservices with full ownership including authentication, notification, data-serving, etc hosted on . The whole project was handled on GCP and processed about 235 GB/day data.
• Designed 5-different layers Flash Translation Layer and developed FTL stack for NAND device and NAND device driver based on newly developed FTL. Single handedly built testing environment, all layers and logic used was based on state of the art researches.
