Currently working as a Strategy & Operations Lead with Google. Previously worked as a Consultant with Deloitte S&O, aligned to Mergers & Acquisitions. Over a period of 2.5 years, gained experience in both pre-deal and post-deal assignments across industries. Rewarded with three 'Applause Awards' and two 'Spot Awards'. Before joining MDI for an MBA, worked as a Project Lead for Khan Academy India, solving the problem of lack of quality education content online in Hindi and other vernacular languages. Hired and set up a team and process for localization, managed quality and successfully launched a Hindi Khan Academy website. Always intrigued by problem solving, co-founded a startup in undergraduate (SRCC) that helped tackle a broker dominated accommodation market and provided options free of cost through an online portal. The venture received great response and was covered by print media including The Hindu, NDTV, TOI, etc. Also presented the idea in the the Start up Weekend, IIM Ahmedabad and won an award for the 'Best Social Idea'.

The platform was successfully launched in December, 2015. We entered into a partnership with Tata Trusts to conduct pilots for this model and support its expansion in other regional languages.
