About

I'm a Marketing & Growth specialist with a background in recruitment and a strong focus on data-driven brand building. I combine creative strategy with analytics to help agencies stand out, attract the right audiences, and turn marketing into a genuine revenue driver. After several years developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies at ENI - from brand positioning and video content to CRM optimisation, analytics, paid campaigns, and events - I recently joined Albert Bow to lead their digital marketing function and further develop their brand within the tech and trading recruitment, as well as Executive Search, building awareness, generating leads, and creating insights that help clients make informed decisions. My experience covers the full marketing mix, including: • Multi-channel campaign strategy and execution • Social media content and brand storytelling • CRM + marketing automation • Lead generation, nurturing, and consultative client support • Analytics across Google and internal data • Website optimisation and SEO-focused content planning • Video production and creative direction • Event design and management • Internal enablement assets (case studies, sales collateral, decks) What sets me apart is my background as an ex-recruiter. I understand the pressures, the competitive landscape, and what clients and candidates actually care about. I use that insight to shape marketing that genuinely supports business development and long-term growth. I’m passionate about building campaigns that resonate, creating content people want to engage with, and turning data into decisions that move the business forward. If you want to talk marketing, brand, hiring, or collaboration ideas - always happy to connect.

Principal Consultant - Data & Analytics

Aug 2020Aug 2021 · 1 yr · London, England, United Kingdom

  • We believe that recruitment consultants should be as well versed in the industry that they recruit for as the people who work within it.
  • That's why our training teaches the industry first and recruitment second. This gives us the knowledge base to be able to advise candidates on their potential career paths and clients on their hiring needs. This approach to recruitment is key to building long term relationships with people within the industry and achieving our goal of getting repeat business through recommendations.
  • My role as a Principal Consultant is to search for and recruit data & analytics professionals for clients to gain a competitive edge across the UK & Europe.
  • If you are looking to improve your recruitment strategy and the way you hire, particularly when expanding, restructuring or going through major business change, please get in touch with me on letitia.oglesby@elizabethnorman.com.
