As an engineering manager, I am passionate about solving complex problems, and creating impactful solutions that improve the millions of users. Currently, I lead the Unified Supply(USG) product group at Gojek, responsible for both backend and frontend experiences for driver partners. My journey in tech had been diverse, I had spent my initial career developing mobile applications majorly for iOS platform(I have developed production applications for Android and Windows platforms). One of the recent projects I have worked at Gojek was Raven Shift, which aims to increase driver bookings and organic income by strategically positioning drivers in high-demand areas. I have also influenced the team to build the system to incorporate future milestones of the project. Previously, I have also lead a suite of projects that focus on driver compliance to various government policies and to reduce fraudulent cases. This was done by building platform solutions and seamlessly integrating with various internal and external government systems. Proficient in Golang, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Platforms, I have extensive experience in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, and mobile app development. My expertise also includes database management with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Leading international teams has broadened my perspective, helping me understand different cultural aspects. My future aspiration is to become a technology leader, innovating solutions that positively impact millions.
