• Bid, procured and performed detailed engineering for projects worth INR 15 crore.
• Developed a structure for sales and marketing and inducted a team which for owning the responsibility of tender filing, cost estimation, processing of RFIs and engineering submittals among the owner and owner's consultants.
• Developed tools to perform design calculations, equipment selection, costing for standard items, and introduced concept of reporting dashboards utilized for accurate project monitoring and resource management. Overall this resulted in a 30% reduction of turnaround time.

• Introduced software release train model which decoupled app updates from feature releases and built an A/B framework on top of this to experiment various UI schemes and performance tweaks.
• Implemented features which improved key KPIs of the application, such as geographical penetration, average session duration (20% increase) and number of daily active users (100% increase).
• 1. Ownership of the chat messenger at Trulymadly, stabilised messenger performance and increased message throughput to 99%.
• 2. Enriched messenger by introducing privacy features for sharing photos securely and password protection of chats. Added quiz-game which users could play with their partners and start conversations.
• 3. Quiz games were used by 30% of new users to start conversations and the overall average session duration of users with active matches increased by 100%.
• 4. To remove the awkwardness in asking out people for dates, conceptualized Datelicious feature where users can discover venues and easily ask out their partner. Executed TM Scenes feature where users can connect with people over a curated set of events happening in their city.
• 5. Rolled out Datelicious in 4 metro cities, got more than 250 venues on board and helped 10% of users who found a partner on Trulymadly to go on dates.
• Responsible for all in-app related analytics reporting and made tracker specifications for each feature identifying relevant parameters needed to gauge feature performance.

• Implemented the new home page experience for Adobe Experience Manager 6.1.
• Worked independently on a novel idea that involved bringing together two of Adobe's most important Digital Marketing offerings - SiteCatalyst and Adobe Experience Manager such that the analytics data captured by SiteCatalyst for pages and actions/conversions be extended to the underlying images/videos (digital assets) which were coming from AEM's Digital Asset Manager. This proof of concept gathered a lot of attention at the Adobe Digital Marketing summit held in 2015.
