• Led the client solution engagement as Chief Architect in signing the IT outsourcing deal for Merger of Vodafone and Idea in India. This is one of the largest IT deal in India with TCV of close to 1B$. Post signing, I am assigned as Chief Architect – Transformation and Leading the team of Architects to design the solution for more than 400million subscribers-based telecom (VIL). I am responsible for creating the most modern, standardised and optimized solution for merged entity. This involves new technology adaption. CLOUD adaption, Software Define Network, DC consolidation, Application migration, resiliency and automation etc.
• Completed a Large Enterprise level Private/Hybrid CLOUD deployment and successfully migrated more than 3200+ VMs of Intel and Power technology to new Cloud. A “First of Its Kind” (FOK) solution was created to migrate the Power VMs to new cloud. Many automation features such as auto provisioning, Patterns, Autoscaling etc. using open technologies.
