I started my career in IT as a Systems Engineer. After getting well versed in technical aspects of IT based supply chain management and handling several client engagements, I felt it was time to broaden my horizons. Human Resources has always been an area of interest for me, hence, I grabbed the opportunity to do my masters in HR from MDI. I started my professional journey post MBA with Fidelity International during which I have worked in areas spanning across the entire gamut of functions in HR. The past 9 years have given me a great opportunity to learn the various facets of HR. This has led to my professional and personal growth. I have been involved in the following HR functions: HR Business Partner,Compensation & Benefits,Recruitment & HR Processes,MI Reporting and Learning and Development. My experience has given me a holistic view of HR as a function, and also taught me how we can add value to business by being strategic partners in the organization. Apart from my professional interests, I love watching and analyzing movies. I like reading and writing(poems and movie reviews). I like to stay fit; kickboxing and HIIT form of exercising have been few of the ways for me to achieve that in the past.
