(ii) Enterprise Builder: I then shifted focus to multiplying that impact by building the necessary organizational structure and product visions. This involved establishing novel Decision Intelligence functions, championing new job families, and defining the core policy and governance foundations needed to scale technology adoption across the enterprise. I'm hyper-focused on the next wave of Data and AI—moving beyond simple analysis to proactive risk quantification, baking governance into foundational tooling, and creating the structures (teams, policies, platforms) required to drive that transformation globally. I have successfully built and scaled multidisciplinary global teams (20+ TPMs, Data Engineers, Data Scientists), been responsible for multi-million dollar operational and financial programs, and championed cross-functional, Google-wide policies that minimize friction and maximize efficiency. Furthermore, I have driven large-scale technology adoption by teaching AI and ML to over 10K+ Googlers, partners, and community members globally, fostering a culture of technical literacy and innovation.
