About

- Cascade chip set validation and development - Participated in study and development towards implementing Wi-Fi host driver support for 160/80+80 MHz capabilities for new Qualcomm WIFI chipset. Participated in validation of the same on FPGA emulation. - Required debug tools (sniffer/packet Log/Firmware Stats) support is added for the validation on emulation, same needs to be brought-up on ASIC as part of bring-up/integration activity - Worked on interoperability issues with Qualcomm 160 MHz AP and other non-Qualcomm clients. - Contributed towards performance improvements and stability of the Beeliner WIFI chip. - Performed build test to measure KPIs which helped in tracking down the regression on daily basis. - Participated in task of high throughput profiling which helped in tracking down cache hits/misses and later made improvements to minimize such instances. - Worked on TR-069 project which defines an application layer protocol for remote management of end-user devices. This project involved inclusion of APIs in wireless tools to meet customer requirements. - Actively participated in Peregrine releases on Akronite, which enabled timely FC/CS releases. - Fixed bugs related to stability, functional failures and throughput issues in minimal time. It helped un-block test team for 100% test coverage and also help achieved a higher quality release - Worked on convergence of Host interface layer across two platforms (MCL and WIN) that were being developed independently. My work involved convergence of transport layer. This task of integrating code across platforms will help in bring up of upcoming chip Hawkeye. - Have been working on NSS Wi-Fi offload issues. This feature offloads host transmit and receive data path to NSS, which is UBI32 processor. This helps to reduce the CPU load on host and hence increases the performance.
