• Implemented an event-driven workflow where updates in one service automatically propagated to another through Kafka consumers, ensuring real-time data sync in DynamoDB and triggering Slack alerts for every critical update.
• Architected a gRPC service to retrieve business insights from the Insight Service, leveraging complex SQL queries, the Factory design pattern, and SOLID principles to improve extensibility and efficiently fetch more than 1000 data records for merchants in a single call.
• Developed end-to-end DoS(denial-of-service) reporting functionality in the PHP service, allowing users to report suspected denial-of-service incidents directly from the platform.
• Built and integrated barcode scanning support at POS billing systems, delivering real-time discount application and streamlining offer redemption to meet brands standards.
• Independently architected and delivered the full End of Season Sale and QSR campaign features in Go, integrating services via gRPC to ensure accurate reward logic and resulting in a 200% uplift in transactions.
