• SWARM - Led a team of 5 engineers to develop a network optimisation engine from scratch for grocery inbound of Walmart stores from suppliers via consolidation centres given various constraints in the network for millions of demand lines.
• BinPacking for EComm orders - Led a team of 2 engineers to develop a heuristic and meta-heuristic models for Walmart e-commerce. Showed improvements of over 15% over the current algorithm and estimated $XXM savings per year. Created a low latency system that would scale for high TPS for realtime calls.

• Led Next day delivery(org wide initiative) program for MCSE while coordinating with multiple teams.
• Did a system profiling to identify the system hot spots to improve the performance and scale for Thanksgiving and Christmas peaks.
• Worked on other org wide initiatives like geo sourcing(location based tagging of items).

• Worked as part of Supply chain organization and more specifically MCSE. The team was responsible for speed bannering, calculating delivery dates and shipping prices on the Walmart e-commerce site.The team also owned FC and carrier optimization for delivery of the placed order.
• Worked on various org critical initiatives like Same Day Delivery and building analytics and simulation platforms for the business users.

• Developed a simulation engine for automated warehouse management using butlers(bots).
• Simulation engine capabilities included generating/editing the warehouse paths, adding racks ,butlers and PPS stations to the map. Simulated incoming orders and inventory put processes for various distributions of data.
• System was deployed and scaled using Docker containers while the core application was built on Django.
