I have been building and shipping software for more than 20 years in various industries and organisational setups. I've created stuff for tiny startups, all the way up to the Fortune 1, as well as for my own personal ventures. I've worked with a wide range of programming languages and tech stacks and have built web, mobile, IoT, telecom and enterprise solutions at large scale for industries ranging from retail to manufacturing. Many of these solutions are still live across the world and healthily scaling for over a decade. I have worked with colleagues, customers and users across the globe, in US, Canada, LatAm, Western Europe, Israel, Japan, UAE and ASEAN - and have a good sense of consumer and enterprise needs in different geographies. I have held many responsibilities across technology leadership, sales, product development and consulting. I have successfully managed digital transformation initiatives in diverse business environments. Over the course of my career I have acquired deep experience in building and coaching cross-functional teams, managing managers and creating leaders. I really enjoy setting up and managing high performance engineering teams and establishing large practices. The moment when a group of people come together and become a team to deliver solutions to the toughest problems out there - is a moment I live for and truly cherish. A great team can do more than a group of individuals. In my career as a manager and leader I am proud to say that I have built many successful teams of diverse and wonderful people, and then worked closely with them to grow, and most importantly - learn.
