I am a Talent Acquisition professional who has spent most of her career in fast-growing environments where everything is mostly not figured out - which is exactly what I enjoy. Most of my work has involved building teams from scratch (0–1) and scaling hiring through hyper-growth phases (1–100), working closely with CXOs to make hiring more than just a support function. I tend to take on challenges that push me out of my comfort zone (sometimes more than I anticipate), but that’s also how I have actually figured what I am genuinely good at and where I still need to improve - that’s constant right? Over time, I have moved towards more intentional, less chaotic hiring, focusing on what actually sticks. Outside work, I am a cat mom, a coffee lover, someone who enjoys meaningful conversations (not just careers),beaches over cities and with a kind of curiosity that keeps life interesting.
