• 4. Conducted market research for a religion tech idea. Interviewed 20 church heads as part of research. Dropped idea as demand was not validated.
• 5. Explored life beyond corporate jobs — tested ideas, built conviction about what kind of work I want to do long-term.
• This period was messy, nonlinear, and invaluable. Not every chapter needs to look polished on a resume.

• Single-handedly managed a daily workforce of 100+ people across engineers, managers, contractors, and labourers. Coordinated across cross-functional disciplines to convert an open barren ground into a fully operational production facility.
• The biggest skill from this chapter wasn't technical — it was people management. Leading 100 people with different skill levels, motivations, and working styles, under daily pressure and tight deadlines, taught me more about leadership than any classroom ever could.

• Built a complete quality management system from scratch — with zero coding background.
• The system enabled ITC to track and monitor quality parameters across its infrastructure projects. Designed the architecture, wrote the code, tested it on live projects, and delivered a working product in two weeks.
• This was years before AI coding tools existed. No templates, no frameworks, no technical mentor — just a problem that needed solving and the stubbornness to figure it out. The system was adopted for real-time quality tracking across active projects.
• Looking back, this was the earliest version of what I now do regularly — take a problem I don't have the technical skills for, break it down until it's buildable, and ship something that works.
