• Successfully completed a project in lean management that involved a complete revamp of the inventory manager tool to increase tool utilisation by increasing visibility of tools coming in and going out of the base station.
• Also worked on the heat test of various tools that were used in the rig. Successfully sanctioned the funding for an automatic heat check machine that was available in the market but was not used in a big giant like Schlumberger that led to major cost saving in terms of increased tool utilisation and lower manhours required for testing.
