I lead the Creative Cloud — Experience and Engagement group at Adobe, where a team of ~230 engineers and I are responsible for how creative professionals around the world discover, onboard onto, and unlock the full value of Creative Cloud. Over 20+ years in software engineering, I've gone from writing code to leading organizations — but the part I love hasn't changed: solving hard problems with technology. That's taken me through web platforms, desktop applications, conversational AI, and now into building agentic AI experiences that reimagine how users interact with creative tools. Our group's impact: $400M+ in ARR contribution, 10 US patents (and a Distinguished Inventor title), and a culture where engineers own outcomes, not just outputs. Right now I'm most excited about the agentic AI space — using AI not just to assist, but to act on behalf of users in meaningful ways.
