• Headed the Finance function when the strength of the organisation was 150 till now where the strength is 3,500. In the year 2004 responsbile for land mark decision of ITAT Karnatka in the matter of Withholding taxes on import of software and payment to Non-Resident and involved actively when the cases reached Karnatka High Court and till Suprement Court. Leader for implementation of FI module in SAP, Conversion of status of organisation from Branch to Wholly Owned Subsidiary - ensured minimum tax implications. Drastic cost saving in Insurance ( relating to fixed assets ). Efficient tax management. 3 years Transfer Pricing adjustment to NIL. In the year 200 responsible for developing the nex office premises of around 90K sft. In the year 2010 to 2011 responsible for setting up of new campus of 4.5 lakhs square feet at a highly competitive price. Three times award winner from the organisation - 2005, 2008 and 2010 ( super saver award - saving around Rs 10 crores )
