• I enable a small, cross-functional Agile software team that services needs within Software R&D. I work with our clients to create project proposals that are submitted to our business owners. I work with the team as the Product Owner to maintain a robust Agile process that we use to execute and deliver features to a wide-variety of products, ranging from automation scripts to web applications.
• My personal philosophy on project management and product ownership is that my primary responsibility is to enable my team to be more successful. My team has a strong track record of on-time delivery and a transparent process that has facilitated trust between our stakeholders.
• Additionally, I am responsible with administering and developing extensions for our company's Agile platform, Rally. I manage our Rally usage day-to-day, support teams by defining best practices recommendations, and develop extensions through the open SDK and API. I represent NI at local and national Agile conferences and am a strong figure in our relationship with Rally. In 2013, my team won 1st place in the annual RallyOn! hackathon in Boulder, Colorado. Since then, I have created extensions that provide monthly usage reports for the business as well as several extensions to facilitate large organizations.
• Additionally, I lead NI's recruiting team for Software R&D at Texas Tech University. I coordinate a team of 2-3 recruiters for the Engineering Career Fair each semester as we run events during the week, screen and interview candidates on campus, and present recommendations to our hiring team in Austin. I help maintain great relationships with professors, student organizations, and the career center. As a result, our number of hired candidates from Texas Tech has steadily increased each year that I have led the team.
• Additionally, I have taken up Business Analysis responsibilities for another team within our organization to coordinate an IT project that will serve other areas of the business.

• I was a cross-functional developer that led a .NET Application built on NI TestStand for software automation. I was responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from meeting with clients through development to delivery. I also developed and managed the automated build-and-test process and designed and maintained the installer.
• Additionally, I executed tasks for internal C++, Python, LabVIEW, and Ruby applications that are used throughout the company.
