• Improved speed of page creation and configuration with a widget framework which allowed the creation of smart pages that could make use of data from dynamic data sources and configurable actions

• Lead teams to build the Yatra.com android and iOS applications. Helped the team transform their web friendly APIs into mobile friendly versions and translated product requirements into engineering tasks. Shipped both products within 6 months and a stellar 4.8 rating at 100k downloads
• Lead the team that built the Snapbizz tablet solution for kirana stores. The solution handled billing, inventory management, offers, customer engagement & more. The tablet was deployed to 100+ kirana stores and became an integral part of their operations.
