Karan Pareek — Associate Consultant
I help governments govern better by bringing together technology, public policy, and the relationships that move institutions. I come from a tech background, computer science by training, and got pulled into policy trying to solve a real problem. Turns out that combination of how technology works and how government works is a rare one, and I've leaned into it ever since. Over the last five years I've done this across multiple domains, tribal affairs, health, education and skilling, climate change, infrastructure, digital governance, urban development, and state and central government campaigns, advising apex IAS officers across urban, rural, and district institutions under the Government of Maharashtra. Beyond my advisory work, I engage deeply with the political world, counselling aspiring and practising politicians on policy and development. I've always believed that good politics and good policy are two sides of the same coin. A former Toastmaster and seasoned public speaker, you’ll often find me chairing youth parliaments or Model UNs, building the next generation of civic leaders. I enjoy spilling policies over coffee :) If you're working on governance reform, public policy, ESG strategy, or public system transformation, let’s collaborate !
