• Participated in the development of course material for the UG and the PG DSP lab courses (of
• strengths 70 and 20 respectively) including preparation of lab manuals, quizzes and their evaluation
• Helped students understand some important concepts in signal processing including sampling, FIR and IIR convolution, FFT calculation and filter design
• Introduced students to the techniques used to implement these concepts on a DSP such as codecs, linear and circular buffering, fixed point processing, hardware accelerators and DMA
• This was aided by several experiments based on the TMS320C5515, a Fixed Point DSP from
• Texas Instruments
• Proposed and designed two new experiments, one on IIR filtering and the other, on FSK commu-
• nication between two DSPs
