• Lead the successful implementation of the reporting and analytics for the Fintech-FP&A business on the combination of Google Big Query + Power BI platforms.

• Set a single window access to all financial insights through “Finance Data Hub” with automated RBAC controls. This brought various reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Sharepoint and Tableau) into an Omni experience to the users.
• Delivered and operated 40+ semantic models across the business segments of Walmart, Sams, International and Corporate by enabling them with self service capabilities for quick analysis of the data.
• Lead the automation of all 110+ FP&A reports to the business, on their set frequency, saving 4500+ hrs each year and achieving consistency and accuracy at 99.7%
• Established cloud optimization strategies and lead cloud cost saving initiatives. The Workload Placement Recommendation engine won the runners-up trophy in Global Techathon-2024.
• Lead the Campus hiring engagements with all North-Zone colleges/universities in India.

• Delivered highly complex Allowance Management Reporting solutions to Walmart China and ASDA which helped centralizing all the vendor negotiations and end-to-end tracking of rebates accrued.
• Provided business analytics to Walmart China through PROFIT program implemented in SAP/BW. This is one of the biggest finance programs in Walmart enabling all the financial analysis for reconciliation, reporting, Consolidation and month-end closing.
