About

Engineering Manager at GitHub, part of the Copilot Productivity group, currently focusing on Copilot Chat, the Model Context Protocol standard, and GitHub MCP Server, empowering developers through cutting-edge AI tools. Previously, I spent four years with GitHub Codespaces, spearheading critical infrastructure improvements, including the migration to a comprehensive Infrastructure as Code platform (similar to Terraform). I expanded our global footprint by adding six new cluster regions. This was critical to reducing connection latency as the clusters got closer to users and enabled control plane region failover, ultimately improving reliability and maintaining 99.9% uptime. This role sharpened my expertise in Cloud Native Engineering and team leadership, culminating in my promotion to Engineering Manager. My career foundation was built over six years at Xamarin.iOS, where I bridged Objective-C/Swift and .NET ecosystems through robust frameworks and API bindings. Additionally, I contributed significantly to the strategic transition of Xamarin to .NET 5 as part of a specialized integration team. In 2014, I was honored to win the French National Finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup (Innovation Category) with the project Slow Move, a software solution that could turn any video into a slow motion video by generating intermediate frames. At the time, this capability was only available through specialized hardware, making the project particularly innovative. It demonstrated my passion and capability for technological innovation. Between 2011 and 2012, my professional journey began at the Apple Store in Montpellier, France, providing hands-on technical support and customer experience excellence as an iOS technician (Family Room Specialist). I love creating innovative products at the cutting edge of technology, and leading and developing high-performing teams that fall in love with a problem space, thrive on creative freedom, and achieve excellence.
