I have managed a $300 Mn P&L and I meditate every morning. Most people in corporate think these two things live in separate worlds. I have spent 31 years proving they do not. Learned that a team of thousands people performs not when you tighten the system, but when you be honest, no me first agenda, attitude to give it all you have and help each person find their own stillness.
