Experienced product leader with a unique blend of background across product, ML, marketing, and strategy / consulting. Currently, I lead messaging product at Netflix that powers billions of notifications that Netflix sends to consumers every week. My teams are responsible for building a scalable messaging platform, personalization and ML products, and channel expansion. We're a core part of driving critical business goals such as streaming, Games, Live, etc. Previously, I led ML/AI product teams at Wayfair. My teams were responsible for computer vision / language products to enable fast and comprehensive catalog understanding, product matching, and identifying pricing / selection gaps at scale. At Wayfair, I also led retention marketing channels (Email, Push, SMS) for Wayfair North America. I was responsible for scaling a ~$2B business, building cutting-edge ML-driven recommendation / send decision capabilities, and launching new channels / growth areas. At Bain, I led projects focused on tech R&D, ML capabilities, strategy, and customer retention.
