• In April 2020, I took the responsibility of managing the first Data Scientists and Data Analyst in the Brazil Tech Center, while they didn't have a dedicated local manager in Brazil.
• In July-2020 I created the Safety Data Engineering team in Brazil, hiring 4 data engineers and transitioned the data engineering scope from a team in India.
• In Sep-2020, when the Data Eng team was already onboarded and working well, I transitioned it to a Sr. Engineering Manager in Brazil, while I took the leadership of the Safety Media team in Brazil (more details of this team in the Eng. Manager II description).
• As of September 2021, when I got Promoted, I was responsible for: Safety Marketplace Engineering team, Safety Media Engineering Team, and the DS/DA team in Brazil. I had 12 direct reports.

POC of the global Digital Transformation global program for the whole Brazil tech teams (around 500 tech persons), in partnership with the Pivotal Labs consulting (today called VMWare Tanzu Labs). I was responsible for coaching tech teams in adopting modern techniques, mainly around engineering, like
• unit testing and other types of automated testing, instead of manual testing;
• blue/green deployments, that allowed multiple deployments a week during business hours, instead of once every two months or so during the weekend evenings;
