At Amazon, I own post-purchase services fulfillment, returns, and warranty platforms across customers, brands, and internal teams. Before Amazon, I was at Paytm, where I worked on both 0→1 and scaled products across payments (Offline & Online) and transit (NCMC + Local travel merchants).
