I have a few years of experience in providing psychological services across Mumbai and India. I am the founder of Sukoon Mindspace, located in Mumbai for counselling, therapy, support groups and collaborations both offline and online modes. I have been leading health assessment camps as psychologist in Mumbai with Railway Police, organisations like EduCure and more. My services are based across various settings like corporates, educational institutes, workplaces, NGOs and schools in the city and online. We took sessions for stress management, workplace wellbeing, depression and anxiety, and more for employees and staff. My work is also expanding to other companies overseas, in the US, Thailand and Singapore as consultant. I have also been learning more about Psychology and AI which continues to fascinate me. I have also trained batches of educators, staff from colleges and schools to develop first responders skill in mental health crisis situations, and helped one of the colleges to draft a mental health policy adhering to Supreme Court’s guidelines. I volunteer and freelance as a psychologist to increase mental health awareness and provide my services. Apart from that, I am fond of writing, reading, loving animals, and gaining more knowledge each day.
