• Dynamic IT Applications Manager responsible for the design, development and support of enterprise systems. I identified application support and implementation strategies, with a focus on driving improvements in productivity, processes, and customer service. I managed and mentored a team of 10 direct reports, consisting of analysts, PM’s, and developers, overseeing assignments, project plans, methodology, tracking, reporting, and budgeting while supporting team growth and engagement. I built and maintained relationships with senior IT and business managers and collaborated in the development of IT strategies and initiatives that supported internal client’s objectives.
• I was also a HCM technology leader managing our conversion from PeopleSoft to SAP SuccessFactors. The project scope included the global homogenization of multiple disparate HCM systems and HR policies precipitated by multiple acquisitions. I managed the resources of two main project work-streams: data migration and integrations. I coordinated with downstream consumers of HCM data and 3rd party vendors impacted, defined the integration strategy and Boomi landscape and architecture, identified and documented requirements, strategized the go-forward support model, facilitated communication and liaised between the departments while managing scope, key dependencies and technical project resources.
