• Responsible for the initial launch and strategic direction of Kony's Devops platform that allows clients to automate their continuous delivery processes, testing and monitoring of Kony built apps. Kony's devops platform uses existing best of breed tooling to build a strong base for an end to end continuous delivery solution that includes Jenking, Git and AWS Device Farm. Developed initial requirements based off current market trends in mobile native, mobile web and desktop web. Created initial product strategy, roadmap and pricing structure. Worked with the engineering team to deliver a viable client product and created key product enablement while working across teams to meet specific goals of the devops platform across Kony's AppPlatform.
• Relaunched the Kony marketplace as a new integrated platform into the Kony Application platform. Exposed a developer lead reuse community that allows users to submit assets directly into the marketplace and share them across their mobile apps as well as create components that can be shared in a customer's private marketplace allowing users to import assets directly from their private marketplace directly into Kony Visualizer. The initial launch of the Kony Marketplace included over 100 Kony built assets and additional third party assets. Responsible for the product roadmap of the marketplace and all assets within the marketplace. Worked to build partner relationships to create a 3rd party ecosystem within the marketplace. worked across teams to integrate marketplace into Kony Fabric, Kony Visualizer and other Kony products.

• Designed and patented a Myers-Briggs personality-based content delivery system — one of the earliest personalization engines that adapted content presentation to individual psychological profiles. Built before "personalization" was a product category.
• Architected cloud storage infrastructure including deduplication systems, data relocation frameworks for global storage environments, and selective encryption protocols. Multiple patents granted across cloud reliability, redundancy management, and data security.
• Built GPS-driven multimedia delivery systems and location-based service architectures — including privacy-preserving location services, geo-boundary triggered messaging, and mobile device presence management. These patents defined how mobile platforms handle location data at scale.
• Developed smart grid and energy infrastructure systems — fault isolation for electric grids, micro-grid optimization, and modular power control systems. Filed patents that bridged enterprise computing and physical infrastructure.
• Created intelligent agent systems for semantic data processing, smart survey platforms with progressive discovery, and voice transcription systems.
